The Rhino Art at HESC initiative has been one of our most successful community outreach programmes to date.

The Kingsley Holgate Foundation spearheads the initiative, together with Landrover SA, the Project Rhino KZN and Grant Fowldes. We aim to reach as many children as possible to educate them about rhino conservation through art and expression and create awareness in our youth about the importance of rhinos and other endangered species.

HESC is responsible for reaching the Gauteng and Greater Kruger regions of South Africa, which is made possible by the funding from the Wildlife Conservation Trust.

In 2018 the team at WCT and HESC reached 3786 children in schools with the Gauteng Province and the Greater Kruger.
